Cyber Bagging
"Cyber Begging" 這個名詞各位不知道聽過嗎? 翻譯為中文就是"網路乞討",簡單的說,就是在網路上向網友要錢;當然為了達到網友給錢的目的,通常 使用的理由千奇百怪,一般最常用的就是說明自己有多困難,生活快成問題了,或人生已無意義了,再者再加上身染重病,搏取同情者眼淚,不加思考就寄上金錢援助;筆者並非說這些訊息都是假的,而是把自己經常看到的 說明給網友聽.
在台灣,香港似乎尚未出現有 Cyber Bagging 的行為,不過在2003年,中國大陸已經開始學起西方網友,編寫各式理由,希望在網路獲得接濟,大陸有關部門也開始防範會有詐欺行為的出現.
以上說了一堆,無非是要網友明白什麼是"Cyber Bagging"? 下列有幾個美國網友刊登的網路乞討訊息,各位可以參考一下:

一般而言,網路乞討者都是用e-mail聯絡,如果您有意捐獻,他就會告知銀行帳號;有些"高級"的網路乞討者會架設網站,公告捐獻者資金運用流向,並使用信用卡收款,也許各位會問,如何用信用卡收款啊? 通常他們會有個paypal帳號,而paypal是可以接受"donate"的金錢!!
